The LORAfied Cookbook

Make every mealtime a breeze with over 100 simple, "fancy yet frugal” recipes and household hacks from LORAfied’s Lora McLaughlin Peterson

Do you have salt and pepper in your kitchen? Are you looking for quick and easy recipes that don’t cost a fortune to make? Then this book is for you!

Cooking trends may come and go, but the appeal of recipes promising a quicker, easier route to dinnertime never grows old. Lora McLaughlin Peterson has been feeding her family balanced meals daily for over thirty years, so she knows all too well how a seemingly simple “30-minute one-pan wonder” can still leave us exhausted by not accounting for hidden tasks, such as chopping, rummaging through cabinets, or clean-up afterward. This is why she created LORAfied, a digital media company that helps people do life better on a budget.

Her cookbook shares simple, quick, “fancy yet frugal” recipes, like Lemon Chia Pudding, Waldorf-Inspired Chicken Salad, Crunchy Garlic Butter Chicken Cutlets, and Potato Chip Cookies, and recipe hacks for making french toast, mashed potatoes, corn, and more with ease. With low-hassle recipes, household hacks, and lifestyle tips, this book makes life easier, brighter, and more delicious—all without breaking the bank.
