For Teachers
The Book With No Pictures is a funny read-aloud experience for young children that may also inspire conversation about the power of the written word and the nature of a book itself. Some questions that could be discussed:
How do books work? Was it surprising to read a book with no pictures at all?
Why was this book able to be funny even without pictures?
What other kinds of things could a book say?(Anything!)
If you wrote a book, what would you have it say?
