INGREDIENTS
1 (2-liter) bottle soda water, chilled 1 (750 ml) bottle prosecco, chilled
1 cup elderflower liqueur, chilled
½ cup Mint Simple Syrup, chilled (see recipe below)
Fresh mint, for serving (optional)
Lime wedges, for serving (optional)
STEPS
In a large pitcher, gently stir the soda water, prosecco, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup to combine.
Pour into wine glasses and serve immediately with a garnish of mint leaves or lime wedge.
Bonus Recipe: MINT SIMPLE SYRUP
makes one cup | prep time: 5 minutes | cook time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar
3 sprigs fresh mint
STEPS
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of cold water and the sugar to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Add the mint and reduce the heat to low. Simmer to thicken the syrup and infuse it with mint flavor, about 5 minutes.
Carefully remove and discard the mint. Cool the syrup and transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
