Where can I preorder to be eligible for the bonus pack?
You can preorder from any bookstore or major retailer to be eligible, or an event ticket. You must submit a valid order number (included on your receipt) to enter the form above.

I preordered my copy months ago. Can I still get the bonus pack?
Yes! Whether you preordered months ago or today, as long as you have your proof-of-purchase, you can get the bonus pack!
I purchased a book event ticket. Can I still get the bonus pack?
Yes! If you purchased a ticket for a book event, you can still get the bonus pack. Under the retailer options, select 'Other.'
