Are preorder pin entries still open?

No, entries are now closed (as of 10/10/2025, 10:00AM). All pins have been claimed.

Will my entry be counted?

If you submitted your information before 10:00AM on 10/10/25 and received a confirmation screen after you pressed submit, your request has been received and will be counted. If you submitted after 10:00AM on 10/10/25, you will have gotten a screen saying that the promotion is closed and new entries are not being accepted.

Who is sending my pin?

This is a promotion from Penguin Random House. Pins are fulfilled from our warehouse, not through your individual bookseller.

When will I receive my pin?

Pins will be sent to qualifying entrants on a rolling basis starting in September 2025. Please permit flexibility due to demand. All pins should arrive by December 1, 2025. If your pin has not arrived by December 1, please contact njarvis@penguinrandomhouse.com.

If I ordered multiple books, can I order multiple pins?

Due to demand, we are currently able to fulfill only one pin per purchaser.

What if my address changes before I receive my pin?

Please contact njarvis@penguinrandomhouse.com and put "Giving Up is Unforgivable - Preorder Promotion - Updated Address" in the subject line. Include your name, order number, and updated address in the body of the email.

Can you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not. We can only send to US addresses.
